Job Description:
This administrative assistant position will require you to
revolve around managing and distributing information within an
office. This generally includes answering phones, taking memos and
maintaining files. Administrative assistants for this company will
also be in charge of sending and receiving correspondence, as well
as greeting clients and customers
The administrative assistant position will also include helping
office members with documentation. Aside from storing, organizing
and managing files, assistants will need to type, edit and
proofread documents. You will also need to take dictation or record
the minutes of meetings.
At least 1-2 years as an administrative assistant is preferred for
this position. Also, STRONG Excel and data entry skills will be a
PLUS for this position.
