We are currently seeking an Equipment Accounting Technician to join our ever-growing team at Landmark Construction! Position Description
This job description covers the principal duties and responsibilities of the job. The description shall not, however, be construed as a complete listing of all miscellaneous, incidental, or similar duties which may be required from the employee on a day-to-day basis. --- Daily review and report on missing tickets to management--- Review, correct, approve and export documented error tickets within 48 hours--- Review, reconcile, and approve invoices as assigned--- Previous experience utilizing data entry skills in a fast-paced environment--- Responsible for entering and closing out equipment rental invoices--- Issuance of Purchase Orders--- Ordering of office supplies as needed and stocking

Position Requirements
--- Successful pre-employment background check for LMC and all military bases is required--- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen is required--- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite --- 10-Year DMV Report required for driving company vehicles
Physical Requirements
--- Work involves sitting for extended periods of --- Ability to climb stairs and get into truck and onto trailers with minimal assistance--- Must be able to repeatedly lift and/or carry weights of five to fifty pounds--- Numerical Aptitude--- Requires the ability to utilize mathematical formulas; adding and subtracting totals; multiplying and dividing.
