Our team is dedicated to providing a complete experience for our guests, with a focus on European wines, Atlantic Trade liquors, and warm hospitality.Service Manager RoleTo provide the best service to our guests, this position will have a keen focus on restaurant operations, with a good understanding of our standards and procedures as well as our core values. The Service Manager will work closely with the General Manager to implement quality and productivity objectives to achieve company goals, as well as planning short and long-term projects.Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate research and interviews
• Staff Training: create and execute training plans, schedule training for new hires, conduct server auditions
• Uniforms: attention to detail and daily check
• Scheduling: create schedules for Servers/Support staff, manage requests for time off
• Staff performance: monthly reviews
• Guest Relations
• Service: manage the floor during service, ensure FOH is following all steps of service, uphold TGR standards throughout service, manage daily opening and closing duties of floor managers, build and maintain relationships with regular guestsRequirements
  • Relevant experience in casual fine dining management
