If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at problem-solving, and are passionate about property management, we want you on our team!Compensation:$60,000 - $70,000 yearlyResponsibilities:Resident & Client Relations: Provide outstanding service to residents and work closely with the Client Services team to meet property owner expectations.Retention & Performance: Implement strategies to maintain high occupancy rates, minimize vacancies, and meet key performance metrics (rent collection, lease renewals, property performance).Vendor Management: Oversee vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective maintenance and repairs.Operational Leadership: Manage move-ins, move-outs, routine maintenance, and inspections in collaboration with the on-site team.Strategic Growth & Development: Actively contribute to the company's growth through participation in strategy and problem-solving meetings.Creative Problem-Solving: Innovate and optimize processes to improve property performance and resident satisfaction.Time Management & Multitasking: Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications:Experience: 2+ years in property management, with a strong understanding of residential property operations. 3rd party residential property management is a huge plus.Licensing: A valid South Carolina Property Manager license is required.Customer-Focused: Strong relationship-building skills with residents and owners.Proven Track Record: Success in resident retention, minimizing vacancies, rent collection, and property performance.Strategic Thinker: Ability to implement creative solutions and drive company initiatives.Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Tech-Savvy: Experience with property management software (AppFolio experience is a plus).Organized & Self-Motivated: Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently to achieve goals.Leadership Skills: Experience leading a team and holding them accountable.About CompanyAt Tide Property Management, we are committed to elevating the standards of property management by focusing on growth, innovation, integrity, and community.
