Job Details
Vascular CST
Must be able to scrub complex vascular cases
On-call required: 8-9 call shifts per month, including one weekend
Holiday call may be required
Years of experience required: 2
First-timers accepted: Not preferred
Job Requirements
Certifications required: NBSTSA and BLS
Required: Radiation badge
Open to accommodating block schedule: Requires manager's approval upon request
Local radius rule: 60 miles
Locals accepted: Yes, on a case by case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate
RTO Restrictions: all RTO must be provided at the time of submission
Schedule Information
- Shift: 3x12s 630am-7pm (shifts will be scheduled per unit needs, Monday-Friday. 36 hours/week)

Unit Specific Information
- Facility able to call off traveler 1 shift per 2 weeks (pay period)

Additional Details
Qualivis: Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have a completed and accurate I-9 form on file
Copy of Driver's License Required
Copy of Social Security Card is required
AHA only. RQI acceptable.
