  • 9 week contract
  • Position / Specialty: OR CST
  • Will work 3x12s, Days, 6:30a-7p
  • One working weekend shift every 4 weeks
  • On-call required: yes, up to 4 call shifts every 4 weeks
  • Holiday rotation required
  • Traveler may need to float within scope to meet facility needs
    • Job Requirements
    • 2 years of experience required
    • First-timers accepted
    • Certifications required: NBSTSA, BLS
    • Radiation Badge required: Yes
    • Trauma Level required: Level 1 trauma
      • Schedule Information
      • Requires managers approval upon request for block schedule
      • Local Radius: 60 miles
      • Locals accepted on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate
      • All RTO must be included at time of submission
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Nursing teams consist of 75% Registered Nurses and 25% Certified Surgical Technologist
        • RN's are trained to both scrub and circulate surgical procedures
        • Busy and dynamic nurse driven, Magnet designated department
          • Additional Details
          • Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff has a completed and accurate I-9 form on file
          • Copy of Driver's License required
          • Copy of Social Security Card required
          • AHA only. RQI acceptable for certifications
