• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support

  • CVOR RN
  • Must be able to circulate complex cardiac cases, General OR cases and Vascular
  • Experience Highly preferred: Scrubbing Cardiac/Vascular cases
  • First-timers accepted: Not preferred
    • Job Requirements
    • 2 years of experience required
    • SC or Multi-state RN license must be in hand at start of contract
    • BLS, ACLS-must be AHA required
    • Radiation badge required
      • Schedule Information
      • Shift: will work 3x12s, M-F 6p-630a
      • Holiday call may be required
      • Facility able to call off traveler 1 shift per 2 weeks
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Radiation badge to be provided by agency
        • Local radius rule: 60 miles
        • Locals accepted: Yes, on a case by case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate
          • Additional Details
          • Qualivis: Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have a completed and accurate I-9 form on file.
          • Copy of Driver's License Required
          • Copy of Social Security Card is required.
