Job Description SummaryThe Ambulatory Clinic RN Coordinator will
coordinate all clinical care within clinics to maximize safety,
patient and co-worker satisfaction and quality outcomes. Will work
with a specific multidisciplinary disease team to deliver quality
and safety of care through the continuum of care during the
patients time here at MUSC. Job duties include utilizing the
nursing process (Assessment, Diagnosis, Planning, Implementation &
Evaluation) in coordinating care for patients in the clinic
setting. This includes order entry, EPIC inbasket management,
patient education, care planning, ensuring patient appointments are
made, and working closely with the RN Navigator between systems,
locations, and types of therapy (Rad/Onc, Surgery, Chemotherapy,
Palliative Care, Survival). They will also work closely with the
other clinical team members (Providers, APPs, CMAs, LPNs, RNs,
Pharmacists, etc.) and coordinate care appropriately during

related nursing experience. Licensure as a registered nurse by the

nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state.
