Are you an experienced nurse with a passion for pediatric care?

Continuum Pediatric Nursing Services seeks experienced trach and/or vent and/or G-tube nurses to join our team and provide specialized care for patients throughout the Charleston, SC area. Full-Time and Part-Time day, evening, and overnight shifts are available.

*Requirements:*
* *Trach and Vent experience a plus but not necessary*
* Valid SC Nursing license or Compact License
* Successfully pass a background check
* Current American Heart Association approved CPR Certification

*Responsibilities*
* Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in a private duty setting, ensuring their comfort and safety.
* Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
* Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans.
* Educate patients and families on health management and care procedures.
* Maintain accurate patient records in EHR systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
* Assist with tube feeding and catheterization as needed, ensuring adherence to best practices.
