*Private Duty Pediatric Nurse opportunities - Charleston and Berkley County*Are you an experienced nurse with a passion for pediatric care?Continuum Pediatric Nursing Services seeks experienced trach and/or vent and/or G-tube nurses to join our team and provide specialized care for patients throughout the Charleston, SC area. Full-Time and Part-Time day, evening, and overnight shifts are available.*Requirements:** *Trach and Vent experience a plus but not necessary** Valid SC Nursing license or Compact License* Successfully pass a background check* Current American Heart Association approved CPR Certification*Responsibilities** Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in a private duty setting, ensuring their comfort and safety.* Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.* Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans.* Educate patients and families on health management and care procedures.* Maintain accurate patient records in EHR systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations.* Assist with tube feeding and catheterization as needed, ensuring adherence to best practices.*Benefits*At Continuum we Pride ourselves in understanding the importance of supporting the work life balances for our staff and their families and work hard to provide benefits and work schedules to help meet their needs.
