make a difference. We are looking for a dedicated Onboarding and
Retention Specialist like you to be a part of our team. Job Summary
and Qualifications Under the direction of the HRVP, the Onboarding
and Retention Specialist is responsible for the nursing onboarding
and retention lifecycle. This individual will engage with students
and applicants interested in pathways leading to becoming a
Registered Nurse. The Onboarding and Engagement Specialist will
provide resources to ensure that students and applicants are
connected to employment opportunities and career pathways while in
nursing school and obtain licensure as a professional registered
nurse upon graduation. This position is a vital liaison between
faculty, administration, nursing leadership, and HR. What
qualifications you will need:
- Bachelors Degree in HR Business, Communication, or closely
related major
- 2+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations or
similar field
- RN license preferred
- Strong collaboration, relationship building, and interpersonal
skills
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and willingness
to learn other platforms that can be used to engage with employees
