Job Description:

Assists Team Leader in daily operations, profitability, and employee development. Ensures positive company image through courteous and efficient service. Performs duties in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and supports company values. Maintains store layout and product merchandising. Works with Team Leader to achieve sales and labor targets. Demonstrates advanced product knowledge and maintains good vendor relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

--- Develops and maintains store layout and product merchandising.
--- Works with Team Leader to achieve sales and labor targets.
--- Demonstrates advanced product knowledge and maintains awareness of new products.
--- Maintains good vendor relationships.
--- Fosters a positive environment of teamwork and mutual respect.
--- Selects, trains, and develops Team Members.
--- Provides timely performance evaluations.

**Physical Requirements:**

--- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
--- Standing/walking 6-8 hours in an 8-hour work day.
--- Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
--- Ability to work in wet and dry conditions.
--- Ability to use tools and equipment.
