Job Description:
As a Sous Chef II, you assist with the overall success of the
food program and oversee culinary functions. You'll assist in
planning, ordering, inventory, and food preparation, adhering to
client and company standards. You'll motivate and direct back of
house associates to accomplish objectives and satisfy customers,
clients, and management.
--- Assist in coordinating and participating in the preparation and
cooking of various food items.
--- Assist with planning and creating menus.
--- Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with the
marketing and culinary team.
--- Assist with managing cost controls and controlling
expenditure.
You'll need 5 years of related culinary experience, including 1
year at the supervisory or lead level. Experience in restaurants,
hotels, and corporate dining is preferred. You should have
knowledge of food and industry trends and supervisory, leadership,
training, management, and coaching skills.
You'll be offered a competitive salary of $55,000, as well as a
