Receive materials, inventories, store safely. Be accountable for

Maintain ongoing project punch list--- Schedule Managemento Plan
one to two days' work in detail with back up plano Plan one week
ahead in lesser detail (needs, services, repairs)o Schedule
equipment & material requirementso Coordinates people needso
Schedules subcontractorso Schedule trucking requirements--- Labor
Managemento Supervise craft employees and /or sub-contractors to
accomplish daily taskso Evaluate performance of employeeso Assume
responsibility and maintain productivity of craft employeeso
Recommend salary increases, promotions, etco Resolve personnel
problems among crewo Interview perspective employees and take
disciplinary action for problem employeeso Document all violations
and notify Project Manager and Safety Manager; recommend and
implement corrective actions as requiredo Timely evaluation of new
hires at 45-day and 90-day increments on proper formso Evaluate
current employees as directed on at least an annual basiso Train
crewmembers for the next step in their careero Evaluate potential
employees for promotion/demotiono Create training opportunities for
employeeso Share experience and knowledge with crewo Share with
crew overall project plan as well as short-term goalso Maintain and
submit Employee Time Sheetso Complete and submit Job Reports in

Training and Experienceo Minimum 5 years of construction experience
as a Superintendent or equivalento Knowledge of principals, methods
and standards of the specific function of the designated trade's
areao Experience in the use and methods of tools and equipment
commonly employed with the tradeo Ability to read and understand
plans and specificationo Performs work in accordance with standards
and specifications--- Physical Requirementso Must be physically
able to exert up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or a
negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry,
push, pull or otherwise move objectso Work involves sitting,
walking or standing for extended periods of timeo Must be able to
