  Shift: 3x12s 630am-7pm (shifts will be scheduled per unit needs, Monday-Friday. 36 hours/week).
  Is on-call REQ? yes, 8-9 call shifts per month, including one weekend
  Holiday requirements: Holiday call may be required
  
  Years of experience REQ: 2
  Experience required: Must be able to scrub complex vascular cases
  First-timers accepted: Not preferred
  Certs REQ: NBSTSA and BLS
  Required: Radiation badge. radiation badge to be provided by agency
  
  Open to accommodating block schedule? Requires manager's approval upon request. Dependent on unit's needs
  What is the local radius rule? 60 miles
  Locals accepted: Yes, on a case by case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate
  RTO Restrictions: all RTO must be provided at the time of submission. Approvals based on dept needs
  Facility able to call off traveler 1 shift per 2 weeks (pay period). These hours can be broken down to add up to 1 shift.
