  • Position/Specialty: Pediatric Echo Tech
  • Daily Caseload per tech: 4-10
  • Shift: Will work M-F (8 hours shifts) on staggering shifts with start times as early as 630a and as late as 800a. No holidays needed.
  • Weekend REQ: No
  • Is on-call REQ? No
  • Floating Req: Yes, will work at both SJCH and SMP (North Charleston clinic)

    • Years of experience REQ: 2 years
    • First-timers accepted: Yes
    • Pending State License accepted
    • Registered Pediatric Sonographer (ARDMS) with the PE certification or CCI with the RCCS certification and all must be in hand at time of start
    • Must be proficient in complex congenital heart defects
    • Experience with GE (vivid 95) and PACS system entering full reports, preferred
    • Need to be proficient in scanning pediatric echocardiograms, extensive knowledge of complex heart disease and defects, Highly recommend MD reference

      • Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
