This position can be located in either Charlotte, NC or Charleston,
SC.
This position may require occasional travel between the Charlotte
and Charleston offices.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Brokerage and
Marketing Coordinator to support our team of five senior brokers in
our Charlotte and Charleston offices focused on Multifamily
Investment Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
coordinating various activities, including travel arrangements,
expense management, client event planning, and other day-to-day
coordination duties. Additionally, the candidate will assist in the
coordination of property marketing campaigns, manage social media
engagement for the overall regional team, and oversee team annual
budgeting.
