Position Overview:
We're on the lookout for a high-energy Events Coordinator who
excels at bringing people together and creating unforgettable
experiences. You'll be the driving force behind every pop-up, trade
show, charity event, and community gathering we host - ensuring
every detail is in place and every event leaves a lasting impact on
the veteran community.
What You'll Be Doing:
Event Planning & Execution: Coordinate and execute live events,
pop-up shops, trade shows, charity events, and veteran-focused
gatherings from start to finish.
Logistics & Operations: Manage all logistics, including venue
selection, permits, vendor coordination, merchandise setup, and
staffing.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our internal team to create
fun, engaging, and impactful events.
Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with local
businesses, veteran organizations, and partners to expand our event
reach and impact.
Event Management: Ensure every event runs smoothly, leaving
attendees with positive, memorable experiences.
Budget & Metrics Tracking: Keep a close eye on event budgets,
timelines, and performance metrics, ensuring we deliver maximum
value while staying within budget.
Travel-Ready: Be on-site for events, sometimes working nights and
weekends, to ensure everything runs flawlessly.
What You Bring to the Table:
Experience: Proven track record in event planning, coordination, or
management.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with a
talent for managing multiple moving parts at once.
People Skills: Outgoing personality, with a natural ability to meet
people and build lasting connections.
Passion for Veterans: A strong commitment to the veteran community
and a passion for giving back.
Flexibility & Drive: Willingness to travel, get hands-on, and do
whatever it takes to make an event a success.
Communication & Problem-Solving: Excellent communication skills and
the ability to think on your feet to solve any issues that
arise.
Positive Vibe: A good sense of humor, high energy, and a "we work
hard, but have fun" mindset.
Bonus Points If You:
Have military experience or strong ties to the veteran
community.
Have a background in apparel, lifestyle brands, or event management
roles.
