HIRING A SUPERINTENDENT IN THE SAVANNAH, GA AREA!!

Job Summary:
Provide onsite coordination for all phases of construction projects with subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
Must ensure specs are being followed and job is on schedule and within budget.
The Superintendent is also responsible for all scheduling, inspections, QC, and site safety.

Primary Responsibilities:
Must perform duties at single or multi sites and at times, simultaneously.
Keep sites clean and organized.
Use company's scheduling software to keep track of updates.
Ensure that sub-contractors are complying within contracted scope of work.

OSHA-10 certification is a plus
Construction and framing experience is desired.
Must have a good driving record and maintain this with the DMV.
