Charleston will:
- Project Planning: Develop project plans outlining scope,
schedule, and budget for sitework construction.
- Coordination: Oversee daily activities, ensuring tasks are
completed on time and within budget while maintaining quality.
- Resource Management: Optimize the use of labor, materials, and
equipment to enhance efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate with clients, engineers,
subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to align project
goals.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local, state, and
federal regulations, obtaining necessary permits.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement
strategies to mitigate them.
- Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and implement
cost-saving measures as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Enforce quality control procedures to meet
specifications and standards.
- Reporting: Prepare status reports detailing project progress,
challenges, and changes.
- Team Leadership: Mentor project team members and foster a
