*Description:*
Our client is a manufacturing company that manufactures industrial
safety products.
They are hiring two help desk specialist to join their current team
on a contract to hire opportunity. The help desk team is the first
level of support for their 300+ end users. The help desk team
assists with issues ranging from troubleshooting O365, phone
support/set-up, workstation set-up, setting up user accounts, MFA
(multi-factor authentication), etc. There are about 100-125 tickets
per person per month (not including walk-in tickets). The ideal
candidate will have experience with web-based ticketing systems
like and remote access tools.

reset, hardware, Microsoft Office, technical support, desktop.
*Additional Skills & Qualifications:*
Experience with Mac OS a plus but they are willing to train them.
Certifications are a plus but not required. Conversion based on
level of experience: $49,920 - $65,000 (will only go this high if
they bring quite a bit of experience in the systems admin
space).
*Experience Level:*
Minimum 1 year in an enterprise level work environment supporting
end users.
