inspections, getting outside your comfort zone, frustration that

honoring your word.Primary ResponsibilitiesTo succeed in this job,
you must:Do a ton of prospecting, emailing, networking, to get in
front of as many people as possibleMeet with 4 to 5 prospects a
day.Expand your accounts and territories by helping customers
succeed.Work with the sales manager to identify
opportunities.Develop a plan with the sales manager to achieve
goals.Your ExperienceHigh School or GED requiredWorking knowledge
of email and basic Google SuitePass a background check with
excellent driving recordExperience with sales CRM like Hubspot or
Salesforce preferred, but not requiredExperience selling into
parallel industries outside of roofing should
applyRequirements:Service Salesmen are responsible for developing,
managing, and maintaining a client base of customers for the
commercial repair divisionDevelop new and manage existing accounts
in customer baseMeet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales
goalsProvide constant communication and promote services provided
by companyParticipate and coordinate trade shows, architect /
property manager / hospitality expos, and marketing functions to
increase Roofing USA's market shareCreate leads for repair and
service work through cold calling, referrals, service hand-off,
account management, and networkingUtilize CRM system daily for the
management of accounts, scheduling, proposal development, and
recording of sales-related activity (cold calls, inspections,
on-site customer meetings, and pipeline)Participate in sales
meetings and trainings and obtain continuing education by
participating in available manufacturer seminars and
conferencesProvide operations team with necessary information and
support for success of the projectAssist in receivable duties
associated with your accounts when directed by
managementCompensation details: 60000-95000 Yearly
