Outside Sales Representative looking to build their career in a
consultative selling environment. Training and skill development
are at the forefront of our organization and training is

Responsibilities:
--- Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to
ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion
--- Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in
order to provide quick response times to their needs
--- Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to
facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close
--- Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets
while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the
form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our
customers
--- An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to
buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our
clients
--- Lead generate
--- Schedule appointments and meet new clients on a daily basis
--- Show homes
--- Negotiate contracts
--- Provide white-glove service
Qualifications:
--- Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential
sales opportunities
--- Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close
appointments over the phone
--- You are in your element working with others and have great
communication skills
--- Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with
ease
--- Decisive and proactive in the sales process
--- Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
--- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
--- Strong negotiating skills
--- Hold an active SC Real Estate License (or obtain it before
joining the team)
