Responsibilities:
--- Participate in extensive training and receive mentorship from
seasoned professionals based in Charleston to excel in the
position.
--- Engage in prospecting for new business opportunities using a
real estate CRM, while also managing and nurturing existing clients
and leads.
--- Receive guidance and assistance from a top-performing agent
within the team to improve real estate skills effectively.
--- Utilize various lead opportunities provided to maximize success
in the competitive real estate market.
--- Dedicate 40-50 hours weekly to meet performance targets
efficiently.
--- Have the potential to achieve a consistent six-figure income
through successful real estate transactions.
--- Access continuous support and resources aimed at enhancing
productivity and efficiency in the role.
--- Benefit from appointments being scheduled by the dedicated
inside sales team to streamline workflow.

Qualifications:
--- To apply for the Realtor - Licensed Sales Agent position in
Charleston, SC, candidates must either possess an active South
Carolina Real Estate License or be actively working towards
obtaining one. It's essential to have the license obtained and
affiliated with Keller Williams before joining the Team.
--- Proficiency in effectively utilizing Google Systems Efficiency
