Responsibilities:
--- Convert seller leads provided by the firm to grow your business
--- Consult with clients to discover their property "must have's" and then partner with them to find their ideal properties
--- Demonstrate an ability to effectively manage your schedule
--- Consistently provide world-class client service to buyers and sellers
--- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
--- Have a strong work ethic and be self-motivated
--- Demonstrate an ability to work independently and on a team

Qualifications:
--- Must have an Active Real Estate license
--- Have 1+ Years of Real Estate experience with the ability to be a full-time real estate professional
--- Enjoy prospect for new business and working with company-provided leads daily
--- Display high energy, a positive attitude, and lots of passion
--- Be a fast learner with an ability to think quickly on multiple levels
--- Show a willingness to learn new systems, tools, and technologies
--- "Always be consulting" by providing clients with your very best service and advice
