We are looking for full-time, licensed Real Estate Sales agents who are located in Charleston SC and motivated about generating a high income while making the home buying experience as simple and streamlined for their clients as it can be.



If you are a new agent or are serious about becoming an agent, that is great! We have more qualified leads than we can handle. We are looking for someone like you!

Responsibilities:

--- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
--- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
--- Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
--- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
--- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
--- Meet new people and add them to our database to develop new business relationships. This is a contact sport.

Qualifications:

--- Tech savvy
--- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
--- Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
--- Organized and manages time effectively
--- Past sales experience is preferred
--- Must be able to work in the office initially, and willing to work on weekends and holidays
