We are looking to hire an energetic, competitive, and goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative looking to build their career in a consultative selling environment. Training and skill development are at the forefront of our organization and training is provided.

Responsibilities:

--- Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close
--- Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs

--- Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met
--- Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business
--- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities
--- Lead generate
--- Schedule appointments and meet new clients on a daily basis
--- Show homes
--- Negotiate contracts
--- Provide white-glove service

Qualifications:

--- Great phone presence with a closer mentality
--- Passionate about selling
--- Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities
--- Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus
--- You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on
--- Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
--- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
--- Strong negotiating skills
--- Hold an active SC Real Estate License (or obtain it before joining the team)
