  • Sterile Processing Tech
  • Shift: 5x8s, 3p-1130p (M-F) with holiday rotation
  • Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? yes
  • Floating Req to Sister Facilities: yes
  • *May be required to float or be permanently switched to CSC, Main, or West Campus
  • Guaranteed hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
  • No more that 2 callouts unless they have a doctor note
  • 3 tardies
  • Tray quota 3 trays per hour
  • If holidays are not requested in the RTO and facility is open, traveler expected to work
  • Traveler will be added to the Inclement weather team A or B
    • Job Requirements
    • 2 year's experience
    • First-timers accepted: No
    • Level 1 Trauma experience-required
    • Experience required: Sterilization, Decontaminate and assembly/wrap SPT experience
    • Types of cases (experience) preferred: Neuro, GU, robotics, ENT, ortho, Transplant, GYN

          • Additional Details
          • Local Radius: 60 miles
          • Locals Accepted: Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted rate
          • Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams
          • Hurricane season runs from June through November each year
          • The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September
